Chronicle from Lorraine

One day, in the province of Lorraine, a smokestack region confronted to an economic slump in the north-east of France, some people decided to tell what their life was like. They were among the first to create their own local radios and try to break their isolation and communicate : simple words for simple stories of the present and of the past.
