It is three years since I know Khuong Mê.
I say I know him but I should say I try to know him.
Khuong Mê went through the war in Indochina against France then the war against the United-States. He made cinema in those conditions. Most of the time it was propaganda films for his country which is one of the few communist countries in the world.
Today I try to piece together the puzzle of his life with his words, his pictures, his archives, all the materiel that I collected in his place in Vietnam in order to relate this life so unknown for me but that speaks to me so much.
